Yes. According to our terms, listings must be deactivated/removed as soon as the property has been rented out. Therefore, all homes on MietWohnung are generally available while the listing is active. Please note, however, that the rental market often moves fast, so a property may be rented out shortly after you have viewed the listing.

Landlords create listings in order to rent out their property. In some cases, the property may be rented out very quickly, or the landlord may receive many enquiries in a short period of time.
