Start your home search on Mietwohnung's search page with all available rental properties. Use the filters to find exactly the rentals that match your criteria and budget. Once you have found one (or more) rental properties that could be interesting for you, you are ready for the next step – choosing your membership at Mietwohnung, which gives you access to contact the landlord.

If you want to contact one or more landlords, you need to purchase a membership. We offer different solutions – and you choose the membership that suits your needs.

Once your membership is purchased, you can immediately contact all the landlords who have properties that match your housing preferences.

This primarily takes place via Mietwohnung's messaging system – but some landlords prefer email, phone, or their own platform.

We will notify you as soon as there is a reply – and you can read the response directly in your inbox when you log in to Mietwohnung.

And the best part? When your profile is completed, relevant landlords can also write to you – directly.
